UW-Whitewater reviews applications on a rolling basis. International students should apply by about June for fall and November for spring.
Most programmes start in September and January.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from UW-Whitewater after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
The MBA, professional accountancy, finance and media arts and game development are popular. Undergraduates need a secondary school diploma and TOEFL 70 or IELTS 6.0; graduate study needs a bachelor's degree.
UW-Whitewater offers international undergraduate scholarships and some tuition awards. Graduate students can ask about assistantships.
