Undergraduate applications go through UCAS with an equal-consideration deadline of 14 January 2027 for September 2027 entry. Taught Master's courses accept applications on a rolling basis, with most closing in July for September and November for January; scholarship deadlines fall earlier, in spring.
September is the main intake for all undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Westminster also runs a January intake for many taught Master's programmes, including computer science, data science, international business and cyber security. Media and architecture courses are September only.
You need a Student route visa. Westminster issues your CAS once you accept an unconditional offer and pay the deposit. Apply online up to six months before your course starts, showing funds at the higher London maintenance rate, and pay the Immigration Health Surcharge.
Computer science, data science, international business, media and communication, and cyber security are the most applied-for programmes. Most Master's courses ask for a 2:2 or above and IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0. Undergraduate offers typically range from BBB to BCC, with architecture requiring a portfolio.
Yes. Westminster runs one of the UK's largest international scholarship programmes, including full scholarships covering fees, accommodation and living costs for students from developing countries, and partial awards for others. Most need a separate application by a spring deadline, so check the scholarships page early.
