UWS London is the University of the West of Scotland's campus in the Docklands, near East India DLR station. Teaching is mostly at postgraduate level in business, project management and IT, with three start dates a year. Degrees are the same as those awarded in Scotland. The campus is in a modern office block near East India DLR station. Canary Wharf's towers are a short ride along the line.
East London is cheaper than the centre but still expensive. Many students share flats in Poplar, Stratford or further out and use a student Oyster discount.

UWS London accepts applications year-round. Apply at least three months before your intake so the CAS and visa are ready.
Master's programmes start in January, May and September. Undergraduate entry is mainly in September.
You'll apply for a Student visa. University of the West of Scotland gives you a CAS number once your offer is unconditional and the deposit is paid. You can then apply online up to six months before the course starts, with bank evidence and the Immigration Health Surcharge.
The MBA, project management and information technology are the main postgraduate courses. You need a bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.0, usually with no band below 5.5.
