On the Falmer campus, just outside Brighton, the University of Sussex Business School teaches management, finance and economics alongside SPRU, one of the oldest science and technology policy research centres in the world. That mix gives it a strong line in innovation and sustainability. Most international students join one-year MSc programmes. The South Downs start at the campus edge.
