UIndy's campus is on the south side of Indianapolis, in the University Heights neighbourhood, about 15 minutes from downtown. The university was founded in 1902 and is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. Health sciences are its best-known area, from physical and occupational therapy to nursing and psychology. In recent years it has added engineering through the R.B. Annis School of Engineering.

UIndy reviews international applications on a rolling basis. Apply by about June for fall and October for spring. Health science doctorates use earlier, fixed deadlines through national application systems.
Most undergraduate programmes start in August or January. Some graduate health programmes start in summer.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from University of Indianapolis after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
Computer science, engineering, business and the health sciences are popular. Undergraduates need secondary school grades and IELTS 6.0; the MBA needs a bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.5, and physical therapy has its own prerequisites.
Yes. UIndy gives merit scholarships to most international undergraduates at admission. Graduate funding is limited, though some assistantships exist.
