Students at St. Thomas More College are University of Saskatchewan students in every practical sense. STM is a Catholic liberal arts college federated with the university, with its own building, chapel and library on the Saskatoon campus and a smaller, quieter feel. You take arts and science classes through STM, often in smaller sections. The degree you graduate with is a University of Saskatchewan degree.

You apply through the University of Saskatchewan and choose St. Thomas More as your college. International students should apply by around February for September, though many programmes accept later applications if places remain. Leave time for the study permit.
Most students start in September. A January start is possible for some arts and science programmes.
Study permit, applied for through IRCC. You'll upload the acceptance letter from the University of Saskatchewan, an attestation letter if your programme needs one, proof you can pay tuition and living costs, and then give biometrics.
Political studies, psychology, economics, English and Catholic studies are common choices through STM. You need secondary school results comparable to Saskatchewan Grade 12 and English at about IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 86.
International students can receive University of Saskatchewan entrance scholarships, and STM gives its own scholarships and bursaries to STM students. Check both awards pages.
