Dalhousie University's business school works out of the Kenneth C. Rowe Management Building on University Avenue in Halifax, on the Studley campus. Its Bachelor of Commerce includes co-op work terms, with majors in areas such as accounting, finance, marketing and entrepreneurship. The Corporate Residency MBA builds a placement with a partner company into the degree. Halifax's port, banks, insurers and government offices supply many of the placements.

The Studley campus is in the South End, a leafy area of old wooden houses, with Point Pleasant Park and the harbour nearby. Spring Garden Road has most of the shops and cafés.
Halifax is a port city with a long boardwalk on the harbour and ferries across to Dartmouth. Rent has risen fast, so look for housing early, and expect wet, windy winters.

Dalhousie accepts undergraduate applications into spring for September entry, but international students should apply early in the year for scholarship and study permit timing. The Corporate Residency MBA has deadlines through winter and spring.
The BCom and the MBA start in September. Some undergraduate programmes also admit in January.
Study permit, applied for through IRCC. You'll upload the acceptance letter from Dalhousie University, an attestation letter if your programme needs one, proof you can pay tuition and living costs, and then give biometrics.
The co-op BCom, the Bachelor of Management and the Corporate Residency MBA are popular. Undergraduate entry needs strong secondary school grades including maths, plus IELTS 6.5. The MBA needs a bachelor's degree and some work experience.
Dalhousie offers entrance scholarships to international undergraduates based on grades, and Rowe has awards for MBA students. Most awards are partial.
