Birkbeck, University of London, hosts ONCAMPUS London in Bloomsbury, a few streets from the British Museum and Russell Square. Unlike most pathway centres, it isn't tied to one university. Students can progress to a long list of partners, including Southampton, Sheffield, Bath, Loughborough, Queen Mary and Royal Holloway. It also teaches the University of London International Foundation Programme, alongside its own foundation, year one and pre-master's courses.

Bloomsbury is the University of London's home ground, with Senate House, the British Library and garden squares all close by. Russell Square and Euston stations are a short walk away.
Central London is expensive, and most students live in halls or share flats further out. Travel on the Tube adds up, so get a student Oyster discount early.

ONCAMPUS London accepts applications all year. Apply three months before your intake at least, and earlier if you want a particular partner university.
Most courses start in September and January. The University of London International Foundation Programme starts in September.
You'll apply for a Student visa. ONCAMPUS London gives you a CAS number once your offer is unconditional and the deposit is paid. You can then apply online up to six months before the course starts, with bank evidence and the Immigration Health Surcharge.
The undergraduate foundation and the pre-master's are the most popular, with business the leading subject. Foundation entry needs completed secondary school and IELTS about 5.0; the pre-master's needs a degree and IELTS 5.5.
Cambridge Education Group offers some scholarships and discounts on ONCAMPUS fees. Many partner universities also give international scholarships for the degree you progress to.
