For fall 2027 undergraduate entry, the priority deadline is 1 February 2027, with applications accepted later while places last; spring entry is rolling. Graduate deadlines are set by each programme, with most engineering and business master's closing between January and May.
Undergraduates can start in fall (August), spring (January) or summer (June). Most master's programmes, including computer science, engineering, business analytics and the Spears MBA, admit for both fall and spring. Check your programme's admissions page to confirm.
You need an F-1 student visa. International Students and Scholars issues your Form I-20 after you accept the offer and submit proof of funding. Then pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 and book an interview at a US embassy or consulate.
Computer science, electrical engineering, business analytics and data science, the Spears MBA and mechanical and aerospace engineering attract the most international applicants. Graduate admission needs a bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0, TOEFL 79 or IELTS 6.5, and the GRE or GMAT for some programmes.
Yes. International undergraduates are automatically considered for merit scholarships based on their grades when they apply by the priority deadline, and some awards reduce tuition toward the in-state rate. Graduate students can apply for teaching and research assistantships, common in engineering and agriculture.
