Niagara College Toronto is a partner campus where a private college delivers selected Niagara College diplomas and graduate certificates in the city. The credential is the same, but the work-permit rules are not. Graduates of public-private partnership programmes who started on or after 1 September 2024 cannot get a post-graduation work permit.

Niagara College Toronto takes applications on a rolling basis. Apply six to eight months ahead, as study permits and provincial attestation letters take time.
Programmes usually start in September, January and May.

Business, supply chain, project management and hospitality programmes are popular. Graduate certificates need a degree or diploma and IELTS 6.5; diplomas need secondary school and IELTS 6.0.
