Not the one in England. Manchester University is a small private university in North Manchester, a farm town in northern Indiana, with a second campus in Fort Wayne for its pharmacy programmes. It's linked to the Church of the Brethren and has a long peace studies tradition. Sciences, education, nursing and athletic training are other strengths.

The main campus sits by the Eel River in a small town with a covered bridge and a short main street. Life centres on campus events and sport.
Fort Wayne, about 45 minutes away, is Indiana's second-largest city. Living costs in both places are low, but a car is useful.

Manchester reviews undergraduate applications on a rolling basis; apply by spring for fall. PharmD applicants apply through PharmCAS, usually in the autumn or winter before they start.
Most programmes start in August. Some undergraduate programmes accept spring entrants in January.
You'll need an F-1 visa. Once you accept your offer and send proof of funding, Manchester University issues the Form I-20. After that it's the SEVIS fee, the DS-160 form and an interview at a US embassy or consulate.
Pharmacy, pharmacogenomics, biology-chemistry, nursing and accounting are popular. Undergraduate entry is based on high school grades and IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 70. PharmD needs prerequisite science courses.
Manchester gives merit scholarships to most undergraduates, including international students. Pharmacy scholarships are more limited.
