Les Roches brought the Swiss hotel school model to the Costa del Sol when it opened its Marbella campus in 1995. Students split their time between classes, practical training in the campus kitchens and restaurants, and paid internships in hotels abroad. The sister campus is in Crans-Montana, in the Swiss Alps.

Les Roches admits on a rolling basis. Apply at least three to four months before your chosen start so there's time for the Spanish student visa.
Programmes start in September and January, and some postgraduate courses have other start dates.
Non-EU students apply for a student visa at the Spanish consulate. Get the police certificate and medical certificate sorted early, since both usually need apostille or translation.
The BBA in Global Hospitality Management is the main programme, with postgraduate courses in hotel management alongside it. Bachelor's entry needs a secondary diploma and about IELTS 5.5; postgraduate entry needs a degree or relevant work experience.
Les Roches offers some merit scholarships and occasional industry-backed awards. Ask admissions before you apply.
