Lambton College in Toronto is taught with Cestar College, a private partner, in North York. The curriculum and the credential come from Lambton, a public college based in Sarnia. The Toronto programmes are mostly two-year diplomas and graduate certificates in computing, cloud, AI and business. Since 2024 most new students at partner campuses cannot get a post-graduation work permit, which changes the calculation for many applicants.

The campus is an office-style building in North York with classrooms and labs but no residences. Students rent shared rooms in Scarborough, North York or along the subway lines.
Toronto has good transit and plenty of part-time work, but rent is among Canada's highest.

Ontario provincial attestation letter
Proof of funds for tuition and living

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for each intake. Popular programmes fill early, and study permits now count against provincial caps, so apply as early as you can.
Programmes start in January, May and September.
You'll need a study permit. Lambton College sends a letter of acceptance, and most students also need a provincial attestation letter. The permit application goes online to IRCC with proof of funds and biometrics.
AI and machine learning, full stack development, cloud computing and software development are popular. Graduate certificates need a degree or diploma and IELTS 6.5; diplomas need Grade 12 and IELTS 6.0.
Scholarships at the Toronto campus are limited. Ask Lambton or Cestar about entrance awards for your intake.
