Right on the Liffey quays at the edge of Temple Bar, IBAT College Dublin is a small private college teaching business, computing and English. Its degrees and higher diplomas are validated by QQI, Ireland's national qualifications body. Many international students start with English and then move on to a higher diploma. Fees are lower than at Dublin's universities.

The college faces the Ha'penny Bridge, with Temple Bar behind and Grafton Street a few minutes' walk away. Luas and bus stops are close.
Dublin rent is very high, and rooms go fast before September. Start looking early and budget carefully.

IBAT accepts applications on a rolling basis. Non-EU students should apply at least three months ahead so there is time for the study visa.
Most courses start in September or February. English courses start throughout the year.
Most non-EU students need a D study visa for Ireland. The key documents are the acceptance letter, fee receipt, bank statements showing EUR 10,000 and private health insurance. You register for an IRP once you're in the country.
Business, computing higher diplomas and English are the main options. Higher diplomas need a bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
IBAT does not run a large scholarship scheme. Ask admissions about early payment discounts.
