For fall 2027 undergraduate entry, Early Action closes 1 November 2026 and Regular Decision closes 15 February 2027. Graduate deadlines are set by each programme, with most master's closing between 1 February and 15 April; the MBA and public health programmes have earlier priority rounds.
Undergraduates start in the fall (August). Most master's programmes, including the MBA, public health, data science and communication, admit for fall only, while computer science also accepts spring (January) entrants. Check your programme's admissions page to confirm.
You need an F-1 student visa. The Office of International Student Services issues your Form I-20 after you accept the offer and submit proof of funding. Then pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 and book an interview at a US embassy or consulate.
Computer science, the MBA, public health, data science and communication attract the most international applicants. Graduate admission needs a bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0, TOEFL 79 or IELTS 6.5, and the GRE or GMAT for some programmes. Undergraduate admission is selective, with an acceptance rate around 35%.
International undergraduates are automatically considered for merit scholarships based on their grades and test scores when they apply by the Early Action deadline; need-based aid for international students is limited. Graduate students can apply for departmental fellowships and teaching or research assistantships, which are most common in the sciences.
