For fall 2027 undergraduate entry, Early Action closes 15 November 2026 and Regular Decision 1 February 2027. Graduate programmes review applications on a rolling basis, and international applicants should apply by 1 May 2027 for fall.
Undergraduates start mainly in the fall, with limited spring entry. Business analytics, computer science, finance and the MBA admit for fall and spring.
You need an F-1 student visa. Hofstra's international student office issues your Form I-20 after you accept the offer and submit proof of funding. Then pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 and attend a visa interview.
Business analytics, computer science, finance, the MBA and journalism attract the most international applicants. Graduate admission needs a bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 and TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.5.
Yes. International undergraduates are automatically considered for merit scholarships, and graduate applicants may receive partial awards. Check Hofstra's financial aid pages for current amounts.
