Nathan is the main Brisbane campus, set in bushland 20 minutes from the CBD; Gold Coast, the largest campus, sits beside a hospital and light-rail stop 10 minutes from the beach.
Both cities are warm year-round with rents below Sydney and Melbourne. The Gold Coast is a surf and tourism city, while Brisbane offers more corporate jobs and the 2032 Olympics build-up.

Applications are rolling for all three trimesters. Apply by late November for a February start, late April for July and early September for October, to leave time for your offer, deposit and visa. Nursing, midwifery and some health programmes have fixed earlier deadlines listed on their course pages.
Griffith runs three trimesters, starting in February, July and October. Most IT and business programmes admit for all three, while nursing and many health and engineering programmes are February or February and July only. Check the course page for the intakes open to international students.
You need a Student visa (subclass 500). After you accept your offer and pay the deposit, Griffith issues a Confirmation of Enrolment. You then apply through ImmiAccount with proof of funds, Overseas Student Health Cover and a Genuine Student statement.
Information technology, the MBA, data science, nursing and engineering are the most applied-for programmes. Master's entry usually needs a bachelor's degree with a pass or credit average (around 55-60% for Indian degrees) and IELTS 6.5 with no band below 6.0; nursing requires 7.0.

The Griffith Remarkable Scholarship covers 50% of tuition for high-achieving undergraduate and postgraduate applicants, and the International Student Excellence Scholarship gives a 25% reduction to eligible students. Both are assessed on academic merit; the Remarkable Scholarship needs a separate application, so check the closing dates.
