Most GBS students are adults returning to study, often with a foundation year before the degree. The school teaches degrees awarded by partner UK universities, in business, accounting, health and social care and construction management. It has campuses in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, with timetables built around work and family. International applicants should confirm that their course can sponsor a Student visa before applying.

The London campuses are teaching buildings rather than a campus with halls, so students arrange their own housing. Classes are often grouped into a few days a week.
Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds are cheaper places to live than London, and all have fast trains to the capital.

GBS recruits for several intakes a year and reviews applications on a rolling basis. International applicants should apply early and confirm visa sponsorship for their course first.
Most courses start in January, May or September. Check which campus runs your course in each intake.
The Student route visa. Your CAS comes from Global Banking School after you meet your offer conditions and pay the deposit; the online application needs proof of funds, your English result and the health surcharge.
Business management, accounting and finance, and health and social care are the main courses. The foundation year accepts mature applicants without traditional qualifications; an interview and English test are usually part of admission.
GBS does not advertise a large international scholarship scheme. Ask admissions about any bursaries or fee plans for your intake.
