Worcester Polytechnic Institute has taught engineering since 1865, and its business school, long known by the Foisie name, carries that technical bent. Most international students come for STEM-designated master's degrees in business analytics, information technology and supply chain analytics. Teaching leans on projects with real companies, in the style WPI uses across the university. Boston is about an hour east.

WPI graduate business programmes admit on a rolling basis. International students should apply by spring for August and by autumn for January.
Most programmes start in August, and many also admit in January.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from Worcester Polytechnic Institute after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
Business analytics, information technology and supply chain analytics are the most popular. Entry needs a bachelor's degree, with maths or programming helping for analytics. GMAT or GRE may be optional.
WPI offers merit scholarships to many graduate business students at admission.
