emlyon business school now teaches from a new campus in Lyon's Gerland district, having left its long-time site in Écully on the western edge of the city. Gerland is in the 7th arrondissement, on metro line B, with the Rhône riverbanks and a big park nearby.
Lyon eats well, costs less than Paris and is two hours away from it by TGV. Students tend to gather on the Presqu'île and up in the Croix-Rousse.

emlyon runs several application rounds for each programme, starting in the autumn. Scholarship chances are better in early rounds, and non-EU applicants should finish by spring for the visa.
Nearly all programmes begin in late August or September.
