Collège Boréal teaches in French. That is the first thing to know, because almost every programme at this Ontario public college runs in French, and applicants have to show they can study in it. Its main campus is in Sudbury, with smaller sites across Ontario, including Toronto. Students come for health, business, community services and trades diplomas, and many arrive from francophone Africa, Europe and the Caribbean.
