Vanier College is an English-language public CEGEP in Saint-Laurent, in the west of Montreal. Local students use it as the step between high school and university; international students mostly come for its technical DEC programmes and shorter AECs in areas like nursing, computer science technology and business. It's a good option if you want public-college fees and English teaching in Quebec.
