Buies Creek is a small crossroads in Harnett County, and Campbell University takes up most of it. Founded in 1887 as a Baptist school, Campbell now has schools of pharmacy, osteopathic medicine, engineering and business, while its law school sits in downtown Raleigh. Raleigh and the Research Triangle are roughly 45 minutes' drive north.

Campbell reviews undergraduate applications on a rolling basis and also has an early action round in the autumn. International applicants should finish by early summer for August entry. Graduate deadlines differ by programme.
August is the main start. Many undergraduate and some graduate programmes also admit students in January.
It's the F-1 student visa. Get your I-20 from Campbell University first (they need your deposit and bank documents), then pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 and attend the visa interview. Book the interview early in peak season.
Engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, business and the MS in Clinical Research are popular with international students. Undergraduates need school results and IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 70; graduate programmes ask for a bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.5.
Campbell gives merit scholarships to most first-year undergraduates, international students included, based on grades. Graduate students should ask their programme about assistantships.
