Victoria has the mildest winters in Canada, a harbour lined with ferries and float planes, and cycling routes like the Galloping Goose trail.

Camosun admits on a rolling basis. Popular programmes fill early, so apply eight to ten months before the intake to leave time for the study permit.
Most programmes start in September or January, and a few also start in May.
You'll need a study permit. Camosun College sends a letter of acceptance, and most students also need a provincial attestation letter. The permit application goes online to IRCC with proof of funds and biometrics.
Business administration diplomas, post-degree business diplomas, the BBA and university transfer are popular. Diplomas need secondary school and IELTS 6.0; post-degree diplomas need a bachelor's degree.
