International undergraduate applications for September 2027 should be submitted by 1 February 2027 for full consideration, though many programmes accept applications until spring. Graduate deadlines are set by each programme: the Goodman MBA and accountancy run rounds from November to May, and research master's close in January or February.
September is the main intake for all undergraduate and graduate programmes. The Goodman MBA and computer science master's also admit for January, and a small number of undergraduate programmes accept winter entrants. Accountancy, kinesiology and sustainability master's are September only. Check your programme's page to confirm.
You need a Canadian study permit. After you accept your offer, the university issues a letter of acceptance and Ontario's provincial attestation letter. You then apply online to IRCC with proof of funds and give biometrics. Allow three to four months for processing.
The Goodman MBA, accountancy, computer science, professional kinesiology and sustainability attract the most international applicants. Master's entry needs a four-year bachelor's degree with a B average (75%) or better, TOEFL 80-100 or IELTS 6.5-7.0, and the GMAT or GRE for Goodman programmes. Undergraduate entry is based on final-year grades.
Yes. International undergraduates are automatically considered for entrance scholarships based on their admission average, and Goodman offers merit awards to MBA and accountancy applicants. Research master's students receive funding packages with teaching assistantships in most programmes. Check the university's awards pages for current amounts.
