BSBI teaches from a city-centre building with classrooms and study spaces rather than a residential campus, so most students rent shared flats.
Berlin is Germany's capital and startup hub, with a famous arts and nightlife scene and good public transport. Rent has risen but is below London and Paris.
Admission letter from BSBI
Blocked account for living costs
German-recognised health insurance
APS certificate for applicants from India
English test at required level
Valid passport and national visa form
BSBI accepts applications on a rolling basis for each intake. Non-EU applicants should apply four to six months before the start date to leave time for the blocked account and German visa appointment.
Master's programmes such as data analytics, international business management and the MBA start in February, June and October. Bachelor's programmes start in February and October.
You need a German national student visa. Apply at the German embassy or consulate with your admission letter, a blocked account covering a year's living costs, health insurance and, for Indian applicants, an APS certificate.
Data analytics, international business management, the MBA and business administration are the most applied-for courses. Master's entry needs a bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
BSBI offers some scholarships and early-application discounts, which change between intakes. Ask the admissions team about current offers.
