Every first-year student at Babson helps launch and run a real business in the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship course. Roger Babson founded the college in 1919 in Wellesley, west of Boston. It teaches only business, from the bachelor's degree to the Olin Graduate School of Business. Entrepreneurship runs through all of it.

Babson's wooded campus is in Wellesley, a wealthy suburb west of Boston. Wellesley College and Olin College of Engineering are neighbours, and students can cross-register between the three.
Boston is about 30 minutes by car or commuter rail. Rent near campus is very high, so most undergraduates live in college housing.

SEVIS I-901 fee payment receipt
Completed DS-160 online application

Undergraduates apply through early decision or early action in November, or regular decision in early January. Graduate programmes review applications in rounds through the year; apply early so the I-20 arrives in time.
Undergraduates start in late August. Graduate programmes mostly start in the fall.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from Babson College after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
The BS in Business Administration, with concentrations such as finance and entrepreneurship, is the main undergraduate route. Master's options include business analytics and entrepreneurial leadership. Expect strong grades, essays and around TOEFL 100 or IELTS 7.0.
Babson offers some merit scholarships and need-based aid to international undergraduates, and graduate awards to strong applicants. Competition is stiff, so apply early.
