Aspire2 International is a private training establishment registered with NZQA and part of the Aspire2 education group. It runs applied diplomas for international students, mainly in business, hospitality management and cookery. Most students study in Auckland; the group has also taught in Christchurch. The courses are short and vocational, aimed at people who want a New Zealand qualification and practical skills rather than a university degree.

Aspire2 teaches from city-centre sites rather than a traditional campus, so students rent flats or rooms privately.
Auckland is New Zealand's biggest city, with beaches, ferries and volcanic hills. Rent is high, so share accommodation and check travel costs.

Aspire2 International accepts applications year-round. Apply three to four months ahead to leave time for the student visa.
There are several intakes a year, typically including February and July.
You'll apply online to Immigration New Zealand for a Fee Paying Student Visa. Budget time for the chest X-ray and medical, which some nationalities need.
Business, hospitality management and cookery diplomas are the main options. Entry needs completed secondary school and IELTS 5.5 to 6.0, depending on the level.
Scholarships are rare, but Aspire2 sometimes offers fee discounts. Ask its admissions team.
