Grey Towers Castle, a 19th-century mansion now used for offices and residence rooms, stands at the centre of Arcadia's campus in Glenside. The university, known until 2001 as Beaver College, is a short regional rail ride from Philadelphia. It is best known for study abroad and for health sciences, especially physical therapy and physician assistant studies. Undergraduate classes are small.

Undergraduate admission is rolling, with an early action date in the autumn. Graduate health programmes have fixed deadlines, often through a central application service. Apply early for these.
Undergraduates start in late August or January. Graduate programmes each have their own start date; the DPT begins in May.
It's the F-1 student visa. Get your I-20 from Arcadia University first (they need your deposit and bank documents), then pay the SEVIS fee, complete the DS-160 and attend the visa interview. Book the interview early in peak season.
Biology, psychology, business and the peace and conflict resolution master's are popular. Undergraduate entry is based on grades and IELTS 6.5. Health graduate programmes need prerequisite courses and higher English scores.
Yes. Arcadia gives merit scholarships to international undergraduates, considered automatically at admission. Graduate funding is limited.
