UCLA Anderson is the business school of the University of California, Los Angeles, on the north side of the Westwood campus. Beyond the MBA, it runs a business analytics master's and a financial engineering master's, both popular with international students. Its location gives it close ties to entertainment, media and the tech firms of Silicon Beach. MBA students finish with a consulting-style field project.

Westwood Village is at the foot of campus, with cinemas and cheap places to eat. The beach at Santa Monica is a short drive west.
LA is huge and car-heavy, and rent near UCLA is high. Many students share apartments in Westwood, Palms or Mar Vista and use Big Blue Bus.

The MBA has three rounds, roughly October, January and April. The MSBA and MFE have their own rounds, most closing by early spring for summer entry. International applicants should aim for early rounds.
The MBA starts in late summer. The MSBA and MFE start earlier in the summer.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from UCLA after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
The MBA, business analytics and financial engineering are the main programmes for international students. Applicants submit GMAT or GRE scores, a strong bachelor's record and TOEFL or IELTS if English isn't their first language.
Anderson awards fellowships at admission, and international students are eligible. International MBA students can also look into loan options that don't need a US co-signer.
