APU reviews applications on a rolling basis. International students should apply at least four months before the term.
Most programmes start in August, with some also admitting in January.
International students come in on an F-1 visa. The I-20 comes from Alaska Pacific University after you confirm your place and show you can cover a year of costs; you then pay the SEVIS fee, fill in the DS-160 and book your consulate interview.
Environmental science, outdoor studies, health sciences and the MBA are popular. Undergraduates need a secondary school diploma and TOEFL 71 or IELTS 6.0; the MBA needs a bachelor's degree.
APU gives merit scholarships to most new undergraduates. Ask admissions whether international students qualify for the current awards.
